Ryan Morgan
I was born in the San Luis Valley and am married to my sweetheart; together we have six wonderful children.
I am in my 10th year working for Colorado Realty & Land Co. Community service is an important component of my life; currently I serve in my church, provide leadership as a director on the Board of Realtors of Central Colorado, and work as a director on the board of a local nonprofit, La Puente, which helps homeless clients.
Building strong relationships, helping my clients achieve their goals, and using my bilingual skills to further communicate with others is essential to my career. I love Colorado! My family has been farming and ranching in Colorado for generations. I have had the opportunity to live in Alaska and Oregon but, there is no place like home! I moved to the San Luis Valley 25 years ago, I have MBA in Business & Leadership and 20+ years of experience as an executive college.I love to travel and enjoy outdoor activities, I have been skiing since I was four and I have climbed 11 Colorado 14ers.
I enjoy road trips, hiking, rockhounding, good company, good food, and a good laugh. Terri Baker
Originally from northern New Mexico, Terri has lived in Colorado since 1983 and in the San Luis Valley since 1994.
She’s had a variety of work experiences from building furniture, cooking for a B & B, waitress/bartender, property manager, teacher, and now realtor. Together with her husband, Rick (a retired English professor from Adams State University) they raised a son and daughter. Terri belongs to two women’s golf leagues (Alamosa and Monte Vista) and enjoys playing with her husband on weekends.
In addition to golf she loves to try new recipes, travel, and spend time with her family. She looks forward to helping people find their perfect spot here in the “Land of Cool Sunshine!”
Margarito (Maggie) Duarte
Licensed as a Colorado Real Estate Broker since 1973. I've Participated in literally thousands of listings and sales transactions for 50 years.
Maggie loves spending time with his wife and children. He is also very active in the Fort Garland Community affairs. He's also a veteran in our country's military.
